- Flat, regular-shaped units of approximately 1-2 acres, suitable for C2 use. We will consider larger sites in conjunction with compatible development partners.
- Urban, suburban and market town locations in areas of above-average affluence.
- We will redevelop redundant housing, schools, pubs, dairies, car parks, offices, hospital buildings, warehouses etc. where suitable.
We are happy to recognise introduction fees for off-market opportunities.
