Porthaven has recently appointed Lance Tipper as the new Home Manager for Prestbury House Care Home in Macclesfield.

Lance has worked in health care since 1978 when he commenced Nurse training at Cranage Hall Hospital, qualifying in 1981. Following that, he spent many years working within learning disability services in South Cheshire and Stockport, gaining extensive clinical experience through holding posts such as Charge Nurse, Clinical Nurse Specialist, and finally, as Service Manager.
