Residents Use Avondale Gym to Reach Fitness Goals

We have started using our home gym again, encouraging our residents to work towards their personal fitness goals once more. We strongly believe in active ageing; studies have shown that the benefits of exercising in older age are numerous and our residents all say how great they feel after engaging in even the lightest physical activity. We are now leading our residents in one to one sessions on a regular basis with the aim of focussing on building their strength, balance, coordination and flexibility.
