Bourne Wood Manor Chef Wins Prize at Hospitality Challenge

Bourne Wood Manor’s talented head chef Will was announced as the winner of the ‘Dozen Chocolates’ category at this year’s Porthaven Hospitality Challenge.

The category required Will to produce a dozen chocolates using guidance from Belgian chocolate manufacturer, Callebaut, focussing on creativity, flavour and uniformity. Will’s creations encompassed all three of the criteria and we’re delighted he was awarded the top prize for his chocolate-making skills. Well done, Will!
