Haddon Hall Care Home Recognised For Fall Prevention Work

Haddon Hall Care Home has recently been recognised as a ‘strictly no falling’ care home by Derbyshire County Council and Age UK Derby & Derbyshire. We are now the proud recipients of a banner acknowledging our status as a falls prevention care home.

The ‘Strictly No Falling’ scheme, devised by the Falls Prevention service, aims to raise awareness regarding the risk of falls and reduce the likelihood of them happening, so we ensured residents who have fallen or are at risk of falling took part.

Our staff demonstrated brilliant support for our residents throughout the programme so we were delighted to receive this acknowledgment.
