Our seated exercise classes keep everyone moving

The Hartfield House activities and wellbeing team have been busy this month with our residents, keeping everyone fit and active!

Seated exercises offer benefits including increased muscle strength and flexibility, improved heart health, better balance and posture, reduced joint pain, and enhanced energy and mental well-being.

These exercises provide a safe, low-impact way to maintain independence and overall health, especially for those with limited mobility. They promote circulation and strengthen core muscles that support the spine.

Each session is filled with smiles, laughter, and plenty of encouragement, proving that staying active doesn’t have to mean breaking a sweat. It’s all about moving together, feeling good, and having fun!
