CQC Rating Response

"We are naturally disappointed with CQC’s overall rating of the Home, and look forward to the next inspection where we are confident that the ratings will be improved to Good. Almost all of the issues raised in the report had already been identified as areas to improve by the Home’s new manager, as CQC recognises in the report, with actions in place to rectify them. If there is any aspect of the report you wish to discuss please do not hesitate to contact Cathy Fountain, Home Manager."
