We take the views of our residents and families very seriously, and are pleased to say we have very high satisfaction scores. Our company satisfaction rating is below, and each home’s rating can be found on the individual home pages.
As well as regular private communication with residents and families, we hold regular group meetings, review resident questionnaires (which can be found in reception at every home) and encourage comments on independent websites such as carehome.co.uk.
Nobody gets it right all of the time, and where we have failed to meet expectations, we do our best to rectify any concerns as soon as we can. That is our commitment.
Don’t just take our word for how good our homes are, seewhat our residents, their families and friends, and other people say about us:
