Woodland Manor enjoys an enviable residential setting in two acres of landscaped woodland garden, only minutes from the centre of the village. Woodland Manor is also a short distance away from Chalfont St Giles, Beaconsfield and Gerrards Cross.

Opened in 2016, Woodland Manor provides 24 hour residential, nursing, dementia and respite care for the elderly in an elegant and spacious home incorporating numerous thoughtful and practical features which ensure Woodland Manor is able to meet the changing needs of its residents.

Our expertly trained and professional staff are dedicated to the care, comfort and dignity of all our residents, with special emphasis given to promoting independence, privacy, respect and wellbeing.

All residents benefit from living in a caring environment with generously appointed private bedrooms with en suite wetrooms, and plentiful communal living areas including sitting rooms, restaurants, a café, cinema, hairdressing salon, activities room and private dining room for special family occasions.

In keeping with our unique and award winning leisure and wellness philosophy, our residents also benefit from our private and secure landscaped gardens for peaceful relaxation, gardening and if the weather permits, gentle exercising.

CQC Rating Response

“We always value feedback, and are proud that 94% of our residents and families would recommend the home to others, and that they have rated us 97.2% overall on the independent rating website www.carehome.co.uk. We are naturally disappointed with CQC’s overall rating of the Home but pleased that CQC recognised our care rating was good. Most of the procedural issues raised in the report had already been identified as areas to improve by the Home’s new manager, as CQC recognised, and we are confident their rating will be improved in the near future.“

NCS Visit Woodland Manor

Tuesday 1st August 2017 - 1:30pm–3:30pm

Come along to this social event bringing together the young people of NCS and the residents of Woodland Manor Care Home. Using media to engage with the residents, our visitors will be creating intergenerational films telling stories about the lives of some of the residents.

Bus Pass to Broadway

Thursday 3rd August 2017 - Time tbc

Come along for a fun filled afternoon with the Bus Pass show! Their shows are bright and beautifully costumed and a full sound system is provided. There is plenty of singing, tap dancing and comedy – all you need to do is sit back and enjoy the show!

Zoo Lab

Tuesday 15th August 2017 - Time tbc

We welcome Zoo Lab to Woodland Manor this month when they bring all sorts of animals and creepy crawlies with them for our residents to hold and touch! All welcome!

Craft Fair

Saturday 26th August 2017 - Time tbc

Woodland Manor will be holding a craft fair! There will be various stalls to purchase from, cakes on sale, live entertainment and more! Everyone is welcome to come along – please contact L&W if you would like to take part and man a stall.
