Conveniently located minutes from the centre of the historic spa town of Buxton in the heart of the Peak District, Haddon Hall Care Home enjoys its prominent location in the town, famous for its spring water and the hosting of the internationally renowned Buxton Festival. With activities being an integral part of day to day living at Haddon Hall, this cultural influence is embraced warmly by the home. Haddon Hall is also less than 20 minutes away from Whaley Bridge, Chapel-en-le-Frith and Bakewell.

Opened in 2014, Haddon Hall provides 24 hour residential, nursing, dementia and respite care for the elderly in an elegant and spacious home incorporating numerous thoughtful and practical features which ensure Haddon Hall is able to meet the changing needs of its residents.

Our expertly trained and professional staff are dedicated to the care, comfort and dignity of all our residents, with special emphasis given to promoting independence, privacy, respect and wellbeing.

All residents benefit from living in a caring environment with generously appointed private bedrooms with en suite wetrooms, and plentiful communal living areas including sitting rooms, restaurants, a hairdressing salon, activities room, home shop and private dining room for special family occasions.

In keeping with our unique and award winning leisure and wellness philosophy, our residents also benefit from our private and secure landscaped garden for peaceful relaxation, gardening and if the weather permits, gentle exercising.

Brendon Fox

Back by popular demand, Brendon Fox is a solo guitarist and vocalist who performs easy listening sing along songs including timeless classics by George Formby, Tom Jones, The Beatles and many more. Why not come along and join our residents to hear great music in our lovely surroundings.

Samantha is a fantastic singer and entertainer with endless energy, charisma and talent. She has a wealth of experience in performance spanning many years at different types of venues all over the world from theatres, halls and casinos to holiday parks, corporate events and private parties. Our residents are looking forward to seeing and hearing her again and we would like to invite you to join us!

Kinesis Gym Sessions

EVERY DAY - 10:30–11:30am

The Kinesis Machine has been very popular here at Haddon Hall! Physical exercise during older age strengthens the muscles, facilitates mobility and can help prevent injuries and falls. The gym is easily adaptable to individual physical needs and is simple to use for all abilities. Our aim is to encourage the residents at Haddon Hall to set their own exercise goals, so they can maintain their dignity and improve their independence.

Haddon Hall Care Home Shop

EVERY MONDAY - 11:00am–12:30pm

Our shop has proven to be very popular and as a result, we now take the shop to the residents on a mobile trolley so residents, family and staff can purchase everyday items at reasonable prices.
