Opening early 2018

Ideally located in the centre of historic and thriving Tonbridge, Porthaven’s new care home is under construction on Quarry Hill Road. As well as providing excellent care for the residents of Tonbridge, Tonbridge House Care Home is expected to become a very popular home for many residents of surrounding villages and towns such as Hadlow, Hildenborough and Paddock Wood.

Opening in early 2018, Tonbridge House will provide 24 hour residential, nursing, dementia and respite care for the elderly in an elegant and spacious home incorporating numerous thoughtful and practical features which will ensure our home is able to meet the changing needs of its residents.

Porthaven’s expertly trained and professional staff are dedicated to the care, comfort and dignity of all our residents, with special emphasis given to promoting independence, privacy, respect and wellbeing.

All residents will benefit from living in a caring environment with generously appointed private bedrooms with en suite wetrooms, and plentiful communal living areas including sitting rooms, restaurants, café, hairdressing salon and nail bar, leisure and wellness room and private dining room for special family occasions.

In keeping with our unique and award winning leisure and wellness philosophy, our residents will also benefit from our private and secure landscaped garden for peaceful relaxation, gardening and if the weather permits, gentle exercising.

Our show suites open soon, and we would be delighted to meet you and give you an idea of what our new home will look like and discuss whether we will be able to assist you or your loved one when we open.
