Opened in 2013, Chiltern Grange provides 24 hour residential, nursing, dementia and respite care for the elderly in an elegant and spacious home incorporating numerous thoughtful and practical features which ensure Chiltern Grange is able to meet the changing needs of its residents.

Our expertly trained and professional staff are dedicated to the care, comfort and dignity of all our residents, with special emphasis given to promoting independence, privacy, respect and wellbeing.

All residents benefit from living in a caring environment with generously appointed private bedrooms with en suite wetrooms, and plentiful communal living areas including sitting rooms, restaurants, a hairdressing salon, library, orangery, leisure and wellness room and private dining room for special family occasions.

In keeping with our unique and award winning leisure and wellness philosophy, our residents also benefit from our private and secure landscaped garden for peaceful relaxation, gardening and if the weather permits, gentle exercising.

Bus Pass to Broadway!

Wednesday 6th December 2017 - 2:30pm

The Bus Pass Christmas Party is a cracker of a show, full of Disney treats for our residents to enjoy! We’ll be having a Zipadee Doo Dah day as they take us on a Jolly Holiday with Mary Poppins and we catch Mummy kissing Santa Claus!

Mike and the Scouts

Tuesday 12th December 2017 - Evening

Scout leader Mike and his team of young scouts will be coming in to help engage our residents in a number of Christmas related activities.

Val & Rob

Thursday 21st December 2017 - 2:00pm

Val & Rob will be joining us once again to dance us into the Christmas season with some smooth jazz and music from the 60’s/70’s, some American classics and some catchy sing-alongs.
