Opened in 2013, Chiltern Grange provides 24 hour residential, nursing, dementia and respite care for the elderly in an elegant and spacious home incorporating numerous thoughtful and practical features which ensure Chiltern Grange is able to meet the changing needs of its residents.

Our expertly trained and professional staff are dedicated to the care, comfort and dignity of all our residents, with special emphasis given to promoting independence, privacy, respect and wellbeing.

All residents benefit from living in a caring environment with generously appointed private bedrooms with en suite wetrooms, and plentiful communal living areas including sitting rooms, restaurants, a hairdressing salon, library, orangery, activities room and private dining room for special family occasions.

In keeping with our unique and award winning leisure and wellness philosophy, our residents also benefit from our private and secure landscaped garden for peaceful relaxation, gardening and if the weather permits, gentle exercising.

Join us as Mereda takes us through her seated Zumba routine which has been adapted especially for Chiltern Grange residents. Come and improve the movement in your joints and increase your muscular strength during this great session!

Reminiscing Through the Decades

Wednesday 7th June 2017 - 2.00-3.00pm

Join Val & Rob as they take us for a musical trip down memory lane with some smooth jazz, music from the 60’s & 70’s, reggae and lots of sing along classics! It’s not to be missed!

Therapeutic Music Session with Kiddledivey

Wednesday 14th June 2017 - 2.00–3.00pm

Heddi will be visiting us to deliver an uplifting music therapy session to be enjoyed by all. The sessions leave residents and staff feeling happy and energised, through the use of pompoms, musical instruments, bubbles, exercise balls and a whole lot more! The songs are easy to sing along to and everybody joins in during this uplifting singing session!

Wild Science

Wednesday 21st June 2017 - 11.00am-12.00pm

During the session, there will be lots of different animals with many different textures and personalities. The mixture of cute fluffy animals and silky smooth reptiles provides a great experience for the residents that will stay with them long after Wild Science have left.
