Opened in 2013, Chiltern Grange provides 24 hour residential, nursing, dementia and respite care for the elderly in an elegant and spacious home incorporating numerous thoughtful and practical features which ensure Chiltern Grange is able to meet the changing needs of its residents.

Our expertly trained and professional staff are dedicated to the care, comfort and dignity of all our residents, with special emphasis given to promoting independence, privacy, respect and wellbeing.

All residents benefit from living in a caring environment with generously appointed private bedrooms with en suite wetrooms, and plentiful communal living areas including sitting rooms, restaurants, a hairdressing salon, library, orangery, leisure and wellness room and private dining room for special family occasions.

In keeping with our unique and award winning leisure and wellness philosophy, our residents also benefit from our private and secure landscaped garden for peaceful relaxation, gardening and if the weather permits, gentle exercising.

Thursday 18th October 2018 - 11.15am

Heddi will be joining us for her Music and Movement session which is tailored towards those living with dementia. Come along and try out this ever popular session.

Emily Yarrow

Friday 26th October 2018 - 2.00pm

Emily joins us once again to sing for residents. She is a classically trained singer and she’ll be performing some of her favourite operatic songs as well as hits from Broadway musicals.

Communion Service

Saturday 27th October 2018 - 11.00am

Reverend Peter is back for communion with songs, prayers, and a one to one communion service. All welcome.

MacMillan Coffee Morning

Sunday 28th October 2018

We’ll be raising money for this worthy cause and hosting a coffee morning so please join us for tea, coffee and cake.
