Opened in 2013, Chiltern Grange provides 24 hour residential, nursing, dementia and respite care for the elderly in an elegant and spacious home incorporating numerous thoughtful and practical features which ensure Chiltern Grange is able to meet the changing needs of its residents.

Our expertly trained and professional staff are dedicated to the care, comfort and dignity of all our residents, with special emphasis given to promoting independence, privacy, respect and wellbeing.

All residents benefit from living in a caring environment with generously appointed private bedrooms with en suite wetrooms, and plentiful communal living areas including sitting rooms, restaurants, a hairdressing salon, library, orangery, leisure and wellness room and private dining room for special family occasions.

In keeping with our unique and award winning leisure and wellness philosophy, our residents also benefit from our private and secure landscaped garden for peaceful relaxation, gardening and if the weather permits, gentle exercising.

Christmas Choral Celebration

Sunday 8th December 2019 - 3:30pm

Join us as we celebrate Christmas at Chiltern Grange! We’ll be welcoming the brilliant Greatest Hits Choir for the first time for a performance of traditional carols and Christmas classics. Guests can look forward to enjoying mulled wine, mince pies and plenty of festive fun throughout the afternoon as we get into the spirit of Christmas.

Trip to Winter Wonderland

Monday 16th December 2019 - 10:30am

Our residents can’t wait for their trip to Winter Wonderland, the home of all things festive! Let us know if you’d like to join us as we venture into London and spend the day wandering around this fantastic place.

Singing with Riccardo

Wednesday 18th December 2019 - 3:30pm

Riccardo is a firm favourite with our residents and will be returning just in time for Christmas. Join us to watch as he spends the afternoon crooning, performing classic songs from years gone by that our residents know and love so well. All welcome.

Residents Christmas Party

Monday 23rd December 2019 - 3:30pm

As we normally do, we’ll be hosting our residents’ Christmas party so everyone can get together and celebrate. There will be lots of tasty treats to sample, warming refreshments and plenty of cheer and laughter.
