Opened in 2013, Chiltern Grange provides 24 hour residential, nursing, dementia and respite care for the elderly in an elegant and spacious home incorporating numerous thoughtful and practical features which ensure Chiltern Grange is able to meet the changing needs of its residents.
Our expertly trained and professional staff are dedicated to the care, comfort and dignity of all our residents, with special emphasis given to promoting independence, privacy, respect and wellbeing.

Our residents always look forward to getting up and active with our Zumba instructor.
This national day will see us celebrating all of our left-handed residents.
We will be asking residents to take photos of objects around our home throughout the day and then displaying the results throughout the afternoon.
We are looking forward to sitting down and watching a documentary all about bees!
Our first floor residents are always delighted to be joined by Kiddley Divey, who offer a fantastic sensory experience for everyone involved.
Harry brings his charisma to every performance and residents always have their special requests at the ready.
Our host will be bringing his dog in for our residents to interact with.
Join us for our weekly Scrabble Club where we will be seeing who can score the most points!
On a Sunday, our residents can choose from a range of old comedy including Allo Allo and Dad’s Army.
Our residents enjoy meeting on the ground floor for a sherry and a chat before lunch.
Our bus rota details all of our exciting and upcoming trips. From garden centres, to safari parks, there is always something to look forward to.
This is a social gathering for everyone to enjoy a chat, a tipple and some nibbles.

Read moreOur residents here at Chiltern Grange in Stokenchurch enjoy a range of activities throughout the month. One of our most popular activities is baking with our Leisure and Wellness Team!
We decided on a classic shortbread recipe and after lots of rolling and shaping, the biscuits went into the oven to bake. As the finished biscuits made their way back to the leisure and wellness room, the floor was filled with a divine scent! Needless to say, they didn’t last long at all!

Here at Chiltern Grange in Stokenchurch, we were thrilled to welcome Ark Farm. Coordinator, Hannah, brought along her dog, eight rabbits, five guinea pigs, two tortoises, two flying squirrels, a hedgehog and an owl called Plop!
All of the animals were extremely tame and they sat beautifully with our residents as they enjoyed petting, stroking and cuddling. Sensory experiences always go down so well with everyone and we can’t wait for Hannah and her furry friends to visit again!
