Located just a few minutes’ drive from the thriving high street centre of Marlborough, and with an elevated position overlooking Salisbury Road and affording far reaching views to Savernake Forest, Savernake View Care Home is ideally located for the residents of Marlborough, as well as other nearby towns and villages like Pewsey, Devizes, Ramsbury, Swindon, Hungerford and Aldborne which are all within easy reach.
Opened in August 2016, Savernake View provides 24 hour residential, nursing, dementia and respite care for the elderly in an elegant and spacious home incorporating numerous thoughtful and practical features which ensure Savernake View is able to meet the changing needs of its residents.
Porthaven’s expertly trained and professional staff are dedicated to the care, comfort and dignity of all our residents, with special emphasis given to promoting independence, privacy, respect and wellbeing.
All residents at Savernake View benefit from living in a caring environment with generously appointed private bedrooms with en suite wetrooms, and plentiful communal living areas including sitting rooms, restaurants, a café, cinema, hairdressing salon, care home activities and wellbeing room and private dining room for special family occasions.
In keeping with our unique and award winning activities and wellbeing philosophy, our residents also benefit from our private and secure landscaped garden for peaceful relaxation, gardening and if the weather permits, gentle exercise.
We would be delighted to meet you and show you around our home, and discuss whether we are able to assist you or your loved one.
