World Braille Day
Tuesday 4th January 2022
To commemorate World Braille Day, we will be exploring the Braille alphabet created by Louis Braille as a writing system for blind and partially sighted people.

This civil rights leader is best known for his work on racial equality. We celebrate his life reading and discussing some of his famous quotes, as well as sitting down to watch his biography.
Tuesday 25th January 2022
It’s a known fact that you either love or hate the sound of the bagpipes! Nevertheless, we will be playing some Scottish music throughout the day. We will also be designing our own Woodland Manor tartan and be visiting Scotland via a virtual video tour!
RSPB Garden Watch

The Big Garden Birdwatchers event is an important day designed to help the public count and protect British birds. Last year over 500,000 birds were counted by the Big Garden Birdwatching event! Sensory popcorn bird feeders will be made and hung in our beautiful garden… then the counting begins.
