Magic with Carlos

We have our very own magician working within the walls of Astbury Mere. One of our staff members, Carlos, will be treating us to a magic demonstration. Join us in the ground floor drawing room for some entertainment and excitement.
Rabbie Burns Musical Moments
Tuesday 25th January 2022
To celebrate Burns Night, The Musical Therapist will be visiting us once again upon our resident’s requests. They will be performing live with their musical instrument, as well as encouraging our residents to do some gentle movement to the music. Our residents will be served a traditional Scottish themed evening meal whilst listening to the bagpipes.

Join us for a get together to discuss life at Astbury Mere. This month, our meeting will be held on the 28th January in the ground floor garden room. Come and share your feedback and suggestions!
RSPB Garden Watch

The Big Garden Birdwatchers event is an important day designed to help the public count and protect British birds. Last year over 500,000 birds were counted by the Big Garden Birdwatching event! Sensory popcorn bird feeders will be made and hung in our beautiful garden… then the counting begins.
