We have been continuing to hold our Sunday worship, however it is now a virtual event. Each Sunday we take part in a service streamed from our local church in the ground floor Garden Room. Our care team will accompany any residents who wish to attend and everyone is welcome to drop by for the hour.
Virtual Cycle Rides
Friday 11th September 2020 - 11.00am & 2.30pm
Come along and take a virtual bike ride around beautiful Greece and Crete. Pedal with all your might or take a leisurely cycle taking in the magical scenery without having to leave the comfort of your armchair and avoid the hassle of isolation on your return. This activity gives us the feel good factor and is a great, light workout for all abilities.
MONDAYS & THURSDAYS
On Mondays and Thursdays, we hand out the ‘Our Yesterday’ newsletters for residents to peruse. These newsletters include memorabilia from over the years, quizzes, word searches and much more. It’s a brilliant tool for reminiscence and our residents look forward to seeing what each newsletter will contain sparking memories from their younger years.
All this is happening as well as our regular groups. Contact us today on 01260 296 789 to find out more about these upcoming events and activities or why not suggest an activity yourself!
