As well as providing excellent care for the residents of Carshalton, our home is a very popular home for many residents of surrounding villages and towns such as Woodcote, Chipstead and Banstead.
Lavender Oaks provides 24 hour residential, nursing, dementia and respite care for the elderly in an elegant and spacious home incorporating numerous thoughtful and practical features which ensure our home is able to meet the changing needs of its residents.

To celebrate VE day, we are welcoming Adina Smallwood to Lavender Oaks to entertain us with her amazing voice for an afternoon tea party.
Join us to design and create your own cocktails and mocktails for our very own cocktail party using a selection of juices and fruits to create the perfect cocktail.
To honour Dementia Action Week, we will be hosting cake sales in the bistro to raise money for this worthwhile course as well as our staff wearing purple, planting forget-me-nots in the garden, and making a wishing tree for residents to write their wishes on.

Read moreTo celebrate Easter here at Lavender Oaks in Carshalton, we spent the weekend decorating Easter bonnets. Using a range of different materials, we gathered in the leisure and wellness room for the arts and crafts activity whilst of course enjoying a range of chocolate treats! After making our creations, we wore them and then displayed them for everyone to see, sharing stories of Easter celebrations over the years.
On the 1st February, Lavender Oaks Care Home in Carshalton celebrated Chinese New Year with some of our residents. Everyone enjoyed sampling some Chinese dishes and different Chinese teas, prepared by our chef. Our residents also enjoyed opening fortune cookies and sharing their fortune with the room. Following dinner, we hosted a Chinese-themed quiz and a chopstick challenge; picking up flumps with chopsticks! It was a great day enjoyed by all!
