Wiltshire Heights is situated close to the centre of the picturesque market town of Bradford on Avon. Opened in 2013, Wiltshire Heights provides 24 hour residential, nursing, dementia and respite care for the elderly in an elegant and spacious home incorporating numerous thoughtful and practical features which ensure Wiltshire Heights is able to meet the changing needs of its residents.

Our expertly trained and professional staff are dedicated to the care, comfort and dignity of all our residents, with special emphasis given to promoting independence, privacy, respect and wellbeing.

All residents benefit from living in a caring environment with generously appointed private bedrooms with en suite wetrooms, and plentiful communal living areas including sitting rooms, restaurants, a hairdressing salon, leisure and wellness room and private dining room for special family occasions.

In keeping with our unique and award winning leisure and wellness philosophy, our residents also benefit from our south-facing roof terraces and private and secure landscaped garden for peaceful relaxation, gardening and if the weather permits, gentle exercising.

Tuesday Matinee Community Cinema

Tuesday 5th February 2019

This is an opportunity for residents to socialise with local townspeople at the community cinema. The film this month is the critically acclaimed, ‘A Star is Born’ and appropriate transport and refreshments will be provided.

Fitzmaurice Primary School Visit


We’re working with a local school as part of an intergenerational project, whereby residents will be going along to the school to engage with the youngest pupils – the reception class. Residents will be interacting with Mind Harp, a new musical application on the iPad as well as reading to the children. The older children will be visiting Wiltshire Heights to achieve accreditation on their poetry skills which is now part of their curriculum.

Chinese New Year

Wednesday 6th February 2019

We are celebrating Chinese New Year on 6th February. Residents are currently making decorations in craft sessions and this will continue on the day to celebrate the Year of the Pig.

Valentine’s Day Celebrations

Thursday 14th February 2019

We will be celebrating love with entertainment by David Moss and indulging in a chocolate fountain, fruit and marshmallows. All welcome!
