Opened in 2013, Wiltshire Heights provides 24 hour residential, nursing, dementia and respite care for the elderly in an elegant and spacious home incorporating numerous thoughtful and practical features which ensure Wiltshire Heights is able to meet the changing needs of its residents.
Our expertly trained and professional staff are dedicated to the care, comfort and dignity of all our residents, with special emphasis given to promoting independence, privacy, respect and wellbeing.
All residents benefit from living in a caring environment with generously appointed private bedrooms with en suite wetrooms, and plentiful communal living areas including sitting rooms, restaurants, a hairdressing salon, leisure and wellness room and private dining room for special family occasions.

We love a royal occasion and a celebration and what better occasion to celebrate than our Queen’s birthday? We have invited our residents to a spectacular cream tea afternoon which they can enjoy over a virtual race event.
Our latest Modern World Lecture will focus on St George’s Day which also coincides with the birthday of England’s most famous bard, William Shakespeare. We will discuss Tudor England and read extracts from Shakespeare’s many great works.
This meeting is an opportunity for residents to discuss the Leisure & Wellness programme both past and future and to contribute any other ideas they wish to put forward.

We were as thrilled as our residents were to see the minibuses back in action this week! In line with the UK government roadmap out of lockdown, we have resumed short trips out and about in the local areas. With our residents and staff now vaccinated, this is truly a sign of better days ahead and a welcome return to our leisure and wellness programmes. With better weather approaching and the Garden Challenge pending, residents have commenced walking in the garden, wrapped up against the cold and damp as well as enjoying creating their own herb gardens and bulbs to grow in their rooms. They chose to grow either lemon balm, thyme, parsley, chives, basil or oregano whilst the bulbs were Mascara Hyacinths– blue grape variety. We are looking forward to them growing and blooming and creating a wonderful aroma.
