Wiltshire Heights is situated close to the centre of the picturesque market town of Bradford on Avon. This aspirational destination is well-loved for its charming atmosphere, together with its delightful range of shops, restaurants and tearooms. The town is also within easy reach of the World Heritage Site of Bath with its stunning architecture, great shopping and iconic attractions, and is also less than 10 minutes away from Trowbridge.

Opened in 2013, Wiltshire Heights provides 24 hour residential, nursing, dementia and respite care for the elderly in an elegant and spacious home incorporating numerous thoughtful and practical features which ensure Wiltshire Heights is able to meet the changing needs of its residents.

Our expertly trained and professional staff are dedicated to the care, comfort and dignity of all our residents, with special emphasis given to promoting independence, privacy, respect and wellbeing.

All residents benefit from living in a caring environment with generously appointed private bedrooms with en suite wetrooms, and plentiful communal living areas including sitting rooms, restaurants, a hairdressing salon, leisure and wellness room and private dining room for special family occasions.

In keeping with our unique and award winning leisure and wellness philosophy, our residents also benefit from our south-facing roof terraces and private and secure landscaped garden for peaceful relaxation, gardening and if the weather permits, gentle exercising.

A Cinderella ballet show performed by BOA troupe

We are really looking forward to a visit from the local ballet school who will be performing dances from Cinderella.

Bradford on Avon Choral Society carol singers

Wednesday 15th December 2021

Our local choral society will be joining us to lead the singing of classic carols for our residents to enjoy.

Wiltshire Heights variety show and Christmas carols

Friday 17th December 2021 - 2.30pm

We will be enjoying live performances from Lee Knot and Vanessa. The day will conclude with a singalong to Christmas carols.

Open air Christmas church service

Wednesday 22nd December 2021 - 10.45am

Keith Charnley, the vicar, will be hosting an open air church service for our residents to attend.

Jas Raises Over £1000 for the Alzheimer’s Society!

Here at Wiltshire Heights in Bradford on Avon, Wiltshire, we were all so pleased to support Jas, our Client Services Manager, who completed the charity memory walk for the Alzheimer’s Society. The 5k walk started from Bristol’s historic harbour side and they then proceeded to walk past the S.S Great Britain, through Cumberland basin and they finished up across Pero’s bridge.  Jas completed the walk alongside her fiancée, brother, sister and dogs with the full support of all of the staff and residents here, as well as the Dementia Alliance and many more. They aimed to raise £640 but actually achieved over £1000. Well done Jas!

Julie Adcock is ActivCare’s Coach of the Month!
