On this day, we’ll be visited by the judges as part of this year’s Porthaven Garden Challenge who will be assessing the work we have done to fulfil the categories of this year’s competition. Macclesfield Canal Barge Trip
Thursday 15th August 2019 - From 10.00am
Our barge trips are well underway and we’re delighted that the weather has been so much brighter lately. Residents and families say this is one of their favourite trips. Cruising down the canal, enjoying the views and eating fish and chips along the way! They will be happening once a month until September and as they are very popular, speak to Kelly to book your trip to avoid missing out. Family and friends are more than welcome to join us.
Monday 19th August 2019 - 2.00pm
We will be joined by a musical duo who will be performing some wonderful classical music for those who would like to join the session and get lost in the music. Classical music can be soothing and relaxing and we’re looking forward to the first performance by this musical twosome.
