Opened in 2011, Prestbury House provides 24 hour residential, nursing, dementia and respite care for the elderly in an elegant and spacious home incorporating numerous thoughtful and practical features which ensure Prestbury House is able to meet the changing needs of its residents.

Our expertly trained and professional staff are dedicated to the care, comfort and dignity of all our residents, with special emphasis given to promoting independence, privacy, respect and wellbeing.

All residents benefit from living in a caring environment with generously appointed private bedrooms with en suite wetrooms, and plentiful communal living areas including sitting rooms, restaurants, a hairdressing salon, leisure and wellness room and a private dining room for special family occasions.

In keeping with our unique and award winning leisure and wellness philosophy, our residents also benefit from our private and secure landscaped garden for peaceful relaxation, gardening and if the weather permits, gentle exercising.

International Women’s Day

Sunday 8th March 2020

This is a very important day for us at Prestbury House and we want to recognise those women who have made great strides to change the face of history for the advancement of females everywhere. We will be hosting a quiz during the day to celebrate great women past and present who have had a positive impact on womankind through their tremendous accomplishments.

Friday 13th March 2020

Come along and watch Glyn perform the classics from the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s. Get your dancing shoes on!

St Patrick’s Day

Tuesday 17th March 2020

Join us for a special Irish lunch on this day of celebration. We will decorate our home especially for the occasion, adorning our floors with the Irish flag and in the afternoon, we will watch the brilliant Riverdance.

Vera Lynn Day

Wednesday 18th March 2020

On Vera Lynn Day, entertainer and singer Debbie McCormick will join us to perform songs by the famous wartime songstress. Join us for music and dancing all afternoon long.
