We would like to spread the love this Valentine’s Day with activities and a Valentine’s themed menu for our residents.
Angela from Angela’s School of Dance will be helping us to put on a tea dance for our residents and their families. Please join us for a beautiful afternoon of dancing and cakes. Let your inner Strictly Come Dancing self shine!
We are currently in talks with the Edinburgh Woollen Mill to host a fashion show of their clothing. We will be looking for residents who want to be a model for the day and all friends and family are welcome. Please contact the leisure and wellness team at Bourne Wood Manor to confirm numbers. There will also be a pop up shop afterwards so you can buy all the goodies that are on show.
We are pleased to report that we will be running the Captain’s Table again for any resident who is celebrating their birthday in February. This is a meal with our home manager, Sue Arquier, with special service in the bistro for lunch.
