Lea Grange Sneak Preview

On Wednesday we invited the Town Mayor of Harpenden Councillor Fiona Gaskell and her Consort Philip Gaskell to join us for a sneak peek of our newest home, which is currently being built in Harpenden.

Joined by members of Kori Construction Limited and Condy Lofthouse Architects, our superb construction and architectural teams, members of our marketing team and our Development Director Steve Rickard accompanied Madame Mayor Fiona and Philip for a walk around the interior of the building. Throughout the tour, we saw numerous rooms that will soon be gorgeous lounges and spacious bedrooms ready to welcome individuals from the local community and further afield – we even got a preview of where the cinema will be!

After a marvellous lunch kindly provided by Top Notch Catering and Rachael’s Kitchen, everybody in attendance signed a plaque that will be installed inside the home upon completion.

Thank you for joining us, Madame Mayor – we look forward to inviting you to our grand opening at a later date!
