Our talented kitchen team put together a fantastic spread of food and drinks and the gin and tonics went down a treat! We welcomed the incredibly talented Sam Jones, who sang a variety of patriotic songs before Janet, our very own queen of Haddon Hall Care Home, officially opened our jubilee gardens. The star of the show was of course Arthur the corgi, who looked very handsome in his union jack bow tie!
Throughout the month of April, our residents here at Hartfield House in Leatherhead, watched in anticipation as our duckling eggs hatched. It has been wonderful to watch them grow into their beaks over the course of the month and we have all noticed their unique personalities starting to develop! They have received plenty of cuddles from our adoring residents and we were very sad to see them leave to go to grow up on our local farm. Pictured here is Jim with our Leisure and Wellness Coordinator, Mandi, holding the ducklings for the first time.
