Our Fantastic Volunteers

Recently our residents have been enjoying visits from Tamer and Alan, two local students who have been volunteering here at Avondale. Tamer and Alan have been running a variety of activities for our residents, from a ‘Guess the Song’ game to evening quizzes. Our fantastic resident June aced the most recent quizzes, and later shared with everybody her fond memories of participating in University Challenge in the past. It is safe to say that our residents have loved having Tamer and Alan come and spend time with them.
