Falkland Grange Welcomes New Client Services Manager

Sarah Jacka has joined Falkland Grange as our client services manager having previously worked in the same role at Thirlestaine Park in Cheltenham. She has worked for Porthaven for over four years now and is enjoying being involved with a new home and is looking forward to seeing it develop over the coming years.
Sarah started working in the care sector fifteen years ago and is a ‘dementia champion’. She has conducted many Dementia Friends information sessions for those who want to find out more about the condition and will continue to do so in the Newbury area.
Outside of work, Sarah has two adult children and a little granddaughter called Tallula, with another grandchild on the way. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking, shopping and hopping on a plane at any given opportunity.
