Staff Raise Mental Health Awareness through Walking for Wellbeing Challenge

Woodland Manor has been partaking in a ‘Walking for Wellbeing Challenge’ throughout July to support mental health for staff. Staff were asked to participate in achieving a minimum of 10,000 steps every day for the entire month. Our heads of department bolstered their step count with a walk from Marlow to Cookham on Saturday 11th July, enjoying some team bonding time and taking in the beautiful views along the way. By the end of the challenge, our team will have accumulated a whopping 11,000,000 steps in total all in aid of promoting the importance of good mental health, for which exercise and wellbeing is essential.
